🌅 PHASE 4: HEALING
Experiencing Freedom in God’s Love and Reclaiming Wholeness

✨ Overview
“He restores my soul…” —Psalm 23:3
You’ve been still. You’ve faced the wall. You’ve spoken the truth. Now, in Phase 4 of the P.A.T.H. Through the Wall, you’re invited to live from a new place: freedom in God’s love.

This is not about pretending the past didn’t hurt. It’s about learning to live unchained by it. In this final phase, we move from survival into purpose, from wounds into worship. You’ll begin to recognize God’s presence not just in theory—but in your everyday, embodied life.

🌱 What You'll Experience

In this phase, we shift from repair to reintegration. You'll be supported in:

    • Living from a place of grace, not perfectionism or performance
    • Reconnecting with purpose and spiritual vitality
    • Honoring the progress you’ve made
    • Practicing joy and self-compassion as spiritual discipline
    • Learning how to live from belovedness rather than brokenness

🧰 Tools and Practices

This phase supports post-traumatic growth, emotional re-integration, and spiritual renewal—rooted in identity and embodied worship.

✨ Featured Practices:

    • Embodied Worship or Movement
Practices that invite you to praise and move freely (walking prayer, stretch & Scripture, dance)

    • Integration Reflections
Guided prompts that help you carry healing into relationships, decisions, and faith life

  • You want to connect with your calling or purpose again
  • You’re ready to let go of performance-based faith
  • You want to live from peace, not fear
  • You feel ready to walk in wholeness, even if you still carry scars
